Become the next temporary German-speaker customer service agent (work from home)

What are you going to do:

As a German-speaking customer service agent for a well-known beauty brand, you’ll be responsible for handling all incoming questions and calls, primarily via email and telephone, with occasional interactions on social media. You’ll enjoy describing the scents of our product lines or explaining how to create personalized shampoos. It’s important that you speak German fluently, and have a good understanding of English as well.

No matter who the customer is, your goal as a service agent will be to provide them with a pleasant, helpful experience that reflects our brand's relaxed and cosmetic feel. You’re the costumer service agent that takes pride in giving the right answers with personal attention, and you genuinely enjoy helping customers in the German language.

Our flexible scheduling allows you to set your own availability, offering you plenty of flexibility. The brand operates on a four-week schedule rotation, with different shifts each week. However, you’ll need to be available for weekend or evening shifts when necessary.

Additionally, this position for German-speakers is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere within the Netherlands in your home-office.

Shifts are structured as follows:

• Day shifts: 08:45–18:00
• Late shifts: 11:00–21:00
• Weekend shifts: 10:00–18:30

You can choose from shift lengths of 4 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours.

Training will start between mid-October and mid-November, preparing you for the busiest three months of the year in this temporary position as a German-speaking costumer service agent.
