Spanish speaking Customer Service employee wanted in Venlo
Currently looking for a parttime or a fulltime position that enables you to have lots of customer contact? Is your Spanish and English on a (near) native level and are you looking for a job with flexibility in hours? Then this could be the job for you as a Spanish customer service employee in Venlo.
What are you going to do:
As a Customer Service employee, you will work for our customer in Venlo, who runs a very large webshop with all kinds of home and garden equipment. You are the one that will handle all incoming queries by either phone or email so that all customers can be supported with their questions about products, orders or payments.
This means that you will make sure that all customers will have a good experience and are satisfied in the end. In this way, they will definitely order again! You will be doing this for the minimum amount of 32 hours per week and your shifts will be planned flexible between 09.00 and 19.00.
