As a Shift Leader in Haarlem, you are the driving force behind our team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You coordinate daily operations and motivate your team members to bring out the best in themselves. Your leadership skills are essential, as you are responsible for the quality of our service and products. You oversee the work, ensure that everyone is performing well, and guarantee that our customers receive the attention and service they deserve.

You will also play a crucial role in training and coaching new employees, helping them quickly get familiar with our business processes. Encounter a problem or customer complaint? You tackle it with a solution-oriented approach. Achieving sales targets and KPIs is a team effort, and you are the one who leads and inspires everyone towards success.

What do we offer you?
For all your efforts, you will receive an attractive monthly salary between €2,550 and €2,600, depending on your experience. Who are you?
