What are you going to do:

As a Polish-speaking customer service representative at Saxo Bank in Amsterdam, you'll be the go-to person for answering customer inquiries quickly and accurately. You'll dive deep into the world of investments, so if you’re already into finance (or want to become a pro), this is the place for you. We’re looking for someone who can understand customers' needs, stay calm under pressure, and find the best solutions. If you’re energized by talking to people on the phone and making sure every customer hangs up happy, this is your role! Plus, you’ll need to be genuinely interested in the company’s products and stick to their compliance rules. Fluency in Polish is required as you’ll be assisting our Polish-speaking clients.

As a customer service representative (m/f/d) at Saxo Bank, you’ll be part of the customer service & order processing team. You’ll work with experienced investment advisors and customer support specialists, helping both private and business clients in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Germany. That’s why fluent Polish is a must-you’ll be the point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients! Your ability to communicate in Polish will be key in offering excellent service and resolving any issues or questions that arise.
