What are you going to do:
For a travel agency, we are looking for a full-time Swedish customer service agents. This international company has been helping travelers across Europe plan their picture-perfect trips and holiday stays. You will assist customers with their holiday bookings and make sure they have a smooth sailing travel experience.
Your responsibilities as a full-time Swedish customer service agent will include:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist with travel inquiries, booking details, and additional services.
- Solve customer issues and complaints quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on travel products.
- Maintain accurate administration and records.
As a full-time Swedish customer service agent, you will communicate with people from all over the world, making this role perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills. The position is available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
The training period, starting 2. June, lasts two weeks and includes classroom training and coaching sessions - training takes place fully on-site in Amsterdam during office hours.
After completing the onboarding, you can work up to two days per week from home.
The company operates between 08:00 and 20:00, and your schedules are created based to one rota one month in advance, you can always swap shifts with your Swedish-speaking customer service colleagues.
What we offer:
- Salary of €14.58 per hour, plus additional pay for irregular hours.
- Travel allowance (€0.19 per km, max 50 km one-way, or full public transport reimbursement from 10 km).
- Possibility to work from home 2 days per week.

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- A passion for travel, preferably with experience in tourism or customer service.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
