Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Work at Concentrix!

Are you a customer service professional looking for a hybrid role? Concentrix is looking for you!

As the first point of contact for Digi-Key, one of the world’s fastest-growing distributors of electronic components, you’ll assist customers with orders, financial inquiries, and after-sales support. Your goal is to ensure every interaction ends on a positive note.

With an hourly wage of €14.58 and the flexibility to work 32 to 40 hours per week, this role offers a great work-life balance. You'll work 40% in the office in Enschede and 60% from home, with fully paid training and coaching to set you up for success. Concentrix also offers strong growth opportunities and training programs to help you advance.

We’re looking for someone with at least an MBO level 4 qualification, basic computer skills, and fluency in English. You’re customer-focused, accurate, and always ready to help.
