At this international five-star hotel, it's all about a unique blend of Japanese and Dutch culture! As a full-time breakfast chef, you ensure that the guests' breakfast is a culinary celebration every day.

As a full-time breakfast chef, you'll be responsible for the preparation and execution of the hotel's breakfast service. Your tasks will include:

• Being responsible for preparing breakfast dishes according to established standards and recipes, ensuring every dish meets the hotel's high quality standards;
• In the breakfast restaurant, you'll prepare dishes live in front of guests. Along with ensuring food quality, you'll create a memorable experience by interacting with guests;
• You’ll assess the quality, freshness, and shelf life of ingredients, manage inventory efficiently, and control costs to ensure smooth kitchen operations;
• Preparation is key in the kitchen. You'll ensure everything is ready for service, allowing operations to run seamlessly;
• As the breakfast chef, you'll be the point of contact for guests during breakfast service. You’ll advise them on their choices and ensure they have the best possible experience;
• You’ll follow strict hygiene protocols and keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times;
• Together with your team, you’ll contribute to creating new dishes and improving the existing menu. Creativity is highly valued!

Moreover, you’re an early bird who enjoys starting the day early and finishing work in the early afternoon, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day!

What we offer:

• Salary in group 5: at least €2413.57;
• Bonus: 1 week salary upon achieving the budgeted GOP (Gross Operating Profit) and a successful year-end evaluation;
• Training budget up to €1000;
