The job
In the role of Talent Advisor at Unilever Amsterdam, you are supporting people to a new role, you support on the recruitment of internal talent to roles, and responsible for finding the right candidate at the right time. You make an impact by understanding the external talent market, knowing and advising on the right sourcing channels, are commercially oriented and able to translate market insights & internal needs into sourcing strategy, into recruiting the best talent. You'll identify candidates for all open roles and pipelining projects by using multiple mediums.
Main responsibilities
- Staff for the new roles within the Ice Cream business, which is preparing to be a stand-alone business;
- You are the expert on the external talent market for a broad range of vacancies, and advise HR- and business-teams on trends and opportunities;
- Managing external vacancy portfolio, both proactive and reactive;
- Network to build, manage and maintain the external talent of future fit;
- Work towards set KPIs: speed, costs and superior Hiring Manager and Candidate experience
- Provide and analyze data on key recruitment / talent metrics and utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements;
- Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies and engagement for the best talent;
- Proactively manage and build candidate relationships;
Wat wij bieden
- A starting monthly salary of €4000,- (bruto);
- Travel costs reimburstment;
- A job at a highly placed company, for at least 6 months;
- Working hybrid, 2 days at the office, 3 days from home;
- A fulltime job (40 hours per week), 32 hours is possible;

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal een hbo-diploma; preferably in HR / Business / Marketing / Economics or related field;
- Minimum required: 3-5 years of proven experience in creatively sourcing and attracting (scarce) profiles. Proficient and active with LinkedIn, Social Media etc.
- You are fluent in English;
- Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, Hiredscore), Digital screening / sourcing tools (i.e. HireVue, Linkedin recruiter) and Social Media (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram).
