Become an Albanian-speaking customer service agent in Lisboa

Picture this: you’re working as a customer service agent in sunny, dynamic Lisboa, assisting customers in Albanian over the phone. The best part? The company will handle the rest—accommodation, admin tasks, and even training.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for major clients like Microsoft, Mercedes, and Netflix. Whether it’s over chat, phone, or email, you’ll be solving problems and answering questions, all while making sure each customer feels valued and understood.
No prior experience? No problem! As long as you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping people, and speak Albanian, you're a great fit. We’ll provide all the training you need.
You’ll work 40 hours a week, and we’re looking for someone who can commit to at least six months in Portugal. Plus, we’ll help you with everything from opening a bank account to registering locally—just focus on being your friendly, helpful self and mastering the art of customer service in Albanian!

What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- You are fluent in Albanian and your English is at a good level;
