ABN AMRO is looking for legal specialists to assist in the remediation of IT contracts to comply with the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). You will perform a gap analysis on IT contracts against DORA and negotiate the required additional terms and conditions with the IT supplier. For this role you are expected to have at least five years relevant experience in reviewing and negotiating a wide range of IT contracts. Familiarity with DORA or EBA Outsourcing Guidelines is an advantage for this role.

You will perform a gap analyse on IT contracts and negotiate the required terms and conditions with the IT services supplier.
Contractor will assist in the remediation of IT contracts to comply with the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Contractor will review the existing contracts and verify whether these meet the new DORA requirements. If the contract does not meet the new requirements, the contractor will draft an amendment to the contract to add the new requirements to the contract. If needed, the contractor will negotiate the contract amendment with the IT supplier and advise whether any changes required by the IT supplier are acceptable and, where needed, liaise with internal stakeholders, such as Audit, CISO, Procurement and the Contract Owner. The contractor will also administer the progress of the work.
Requirements:
Minimally 4 years of experience in a similar role
Solid legal knowledge of IT contracts
