What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- You are fluent in both German and English;
- You bring 2 to 3 years of experience managing the daily activities of a diverse, multi-lingual support team;
- You excel in interpersonal and communication skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all organizational levels;
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy;
- You are an inspiring leader with experience in dynamic, international environments, successfully leading teams of 10 or more;
