The company is a renowned global leader in the storage systems market, boasting over 50 years of expertise. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and marketing cutting-edge metal shelving, automated warehouses, and other storage solutions. 

As a Dutch/Spanish Financial Administrator/Office Manager in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for processing and checking all new orders, managing outgoing and incoming invoices and transactions, and overseeing the preparation and creation of purchase orders. Additionally, you will handle the booking of hotels, flights, and cars, as well as manage office supplies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Dutch office and participate in exciting professional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Process and check all new orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle outgoing and incoming invoices and transactions, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
  • Send invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely receipt.
  • Prepare and create purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Book hotels, flights, and cars as required for business travel.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • You speak Dutch, Spanish and English fluently;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar relevant positions;
  • Proficiency with IT and computer packages, including SAP, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
