About the vacancy:
For the costumer operations department of an international company in Amsterdam we are looking for a data entry assistant for at least the next two months.
The data entry is the main base of the Customer Operations team and the main language is English.
Job profile:
You will be working in the backoffice and arrange all order entries which come in via email/telephone and via the EDI System in SAP.
The second step is to make a purchase order. After delivery an invoice needs to be prepared and send to the operation/person.
Customer Operations work with the SAP S&D module.
Requirements:
- You speak, write and understand English on a high level;
- You are available for approximately 4/5 days a week;
- You like to take initiative;
- You have experience with SAP have an eye for these kind of systems;
-You are a very quick learner;
- You are willing to work hard and understand the importance of the job.
Hour rate: €10,50;
Period: July and August (but preferable start date as soon as possible).
