French-speaking customer-service staff wanted for international organization in Tilburg

One of the biggest distribution centers in Tilburg is looking for a French-speaking customer service representative. In this position you will be dealing with requests, questions, complains and problems in a solution-oriented manner. This applies to both customers and colleagues. When the administrative- or flow of goods deviates from the required course, you will be in charge to lead this back to the accurate process.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the composition and delivery of external and internal reports. You see how processes can be prepared better and know how to implement these improvements both internally as externally.

What we ask:
• An excellent control of the French language, verbally and written.
• A good control of the English language, verbally and written.
• Insightful knowledge of logistic processes and administrative activities.
• Two to five years experience in a similar function.
• You are in possession of an intermediate vocational education degree.
• You are flexible, disciplined, analytical and accurate.
• A good command of the Dutch language is a plus
