Voor onze opdrachtgever, een multinational op het gebied van technologie, zijn wij per direct op zoek naar SAP trainees. De werkplek is Eindhoven, je moet dus bereidt zijn te verhuizen indien je in een andere regio in het land woonachtig bent. Het traineeship zelf start 3 september!

As a successful business consultant you’ll translate their complex, dynamic and often chaotic world of business to increasingly essential business applications in SAP, their globally integrated business support system.

You’ll work in teams with senior business professionals in analyzing their business needs, their essential business processes and deliverables and their current ways of working. Based on your analyses and your knowledge of the (im-)possibilities of SAP, you’ll lay out the blueprints from which our developers can construct the required business applications.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden
As Business Consultant you ‘unravel’ information and map out business processes to come up with what a suitable SAP solution should look like. You aim to provide the solution that is best for our client and that your client is happy with.
To do this successfully a consultant must ‘speak the language’ of the business as well as state of the art knowledge on SAP (im-)possibilities and preferable solutions. He or she should combine a sharp analytic mind with the ability to think on a conceptual level. Strong listening and communication skills are essential to distillate the important information, usually just by talking to people about their work. Interpersonal sensitivity and the ability to inspire commitment is what makes a consultant succeed.

Our client currently offers a unique traineeship in SAP business consultancy to become a certified SAP business consultant within a highly compressed period of two years. You’ll enter a well-structured programme of extensive training and education combined with extensive hands-on assignments and multiple projects. A perfect way to kick-start your international career in SAP business consultancy.

Uw profiel
To qualify for our traineeship you should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics (or comparable), Logistics or Industrial Engineering (or comparable). You are fully fluent in English, both verbally and written (Dutch would be a plus). You display strong communication skills and a high level of analytic capability.

In addition to your knowledge and skills you have a ‘hands-on’ ‘can-do’ mentality and you have the ambition to invest in a fast-track career in one of our company’s vital areas.
