What are you going to do:

As a temporary parttime management assistant in Utrecht, you’ll be supporting the Global Director and ensuring the smooth running of the business unit’s daily operations. In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks, from managing the director's calendar and emails to taking care of travel arrangements and administrative duties. Your ability to plan will shine as you organize schedules, ensuring meetings and travel times are perfectly aligned. You’ll also be in charge of communicating follow-up actions and agreements after meetings to all relevant parties, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. How cool is this!

What we offer:

  • A salary between € 18,47 and € 23,09 per hour (based on experience);
  • That amounts to € 3.200 to € 4.000 per month (based on 40 hours);
  • Work partly from home (with a home office allowance); Mondays are office days;
  • €0.21 per km or full reimbursement for public transport;

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • 2+ years in executive or personal assistant roles, ideally in an international setting;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and excellent English communication;
  • You are 20-24 hours per week available.
