What are you going to do:
Unilever in Rotterdam is looking for an assistant procurement manager who will ensure that implementation of the procurement productivity strategies. You have an important role within the company, as you manage assignments and tasks such as projects, stakeholders, change management and reviewing the procurement strategies.
Main responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap and action plan for the implementation of the Procurement Productivity Strategy, aligning it with the organization's overall business objectives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, procurement leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for the strategy's successful implementation;
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of the procurement productivity strategy across the organization;
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who is experienced, resilient and a real go-getter. You have an analytical mindset which enables to oversee and execute several projects and tasks at the same time. A fast-paced working environment is something you are familiar with, and you know how to reach certain deadlines. Apart from that, you also know how to analyze data and organize it.
This is a temporary position starting at the 24th of February till the end of this year.
What we offer:
- A monthly wage between €3700,- and €4800,- per month;
- A fulltime workweek in which hybrid working is possible;

What we ask:
- At least finished hbo in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or another related field;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
- You are organised, a fast learner and you know how to manage several tasks and projects at the same time;
- Fluent in English
