We’re searching for a Dutch & German-speaking customer agent with at least an MBO 4 diploma or equivalent experience. You’ll thrive in this position if you have:

• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building customer relationships
• A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for fashion, premium service, and customer satisfaction
• Experience with customer support tools (a plus, but not required)
