You will be working for a leading distributor of promotional products and corporate gifts. They are part of an international organisation known for their high-quality service and innovative solutions. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency, they deliver customised solutions to businesses across Europe every day.
What does your workday look like?
As a full-time customer service representative for the Nordic region in Rotterdam, you are the essential link between customers and internal teams. You ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. But what does that actually mean?
- Supporting customers: You respond to inquiries about products, services, and orders. Claims or returns? You take care of them!
- Managing documents and data: From preparing quotes to keeping customer information up to date in the system – you keep everything organised.
- Problem-solving: You’re the go-to person for internal questions from Front Office teams. Complex issues? You make sure they reach the right place.
- Reports and analysis: You keep a close eye on the numbers and identify opportunities for improvement.

What is in it for you?
You will work between 32 and 40 hours per week during office hours. In return, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from €2,500 to €3,200 based on a 40-hour workweek. Additionally, you will receive a direct contract with the employer.

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a back-office or customer service role;
- You’re a true team player but can also excel independently;
- Attention to detail and a structured approach are second nature to you;
- You are fluent in Norwegian and/or Swedish and your English is good!
