Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused service agent who loves making a difference? Then this is your chance to shine as a customer service representative at the largest bike manufacturer in the United States—operating right from the friendly city of Harderwijk! This organization is, as you’d guess, passionate about bikes and strives to deliver the best possible experience to its customers. As a customer service agent, you’ll play a crucial role in providing tailored support to a diverse range of clients.

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll be responsible for delivering optimal service. You’ll handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from dealers, stores, users, and colleagues. With your deep understanding of the products, customers, and the market, you’ll add extra value to every customer interaction. Additionally, you’ll manage orders, provide pricing and delivery information, and keep customers informed about any potential changes in a timely manner.

You’ll work to boost the revenue and profitability of the dealers in your area. You’ll actively seek opportunities to close deals and turn them into successes. You’ll also build strong relationships with dealers and stores in your region. And it gets even better: you’ll regularly hit the road with your field colleagues to visit dealers and stores. Together, you’ll strengthen relationships and explore ways to improve collaboration even further!

What we ask:

  • At least finished mbo level 4
  • Experience in B2B customer interactions;
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with excellent skills in French (native or near-native), Dutch, and English.
