Your Daily Adventure:

The European job market is booming, and there’s huge potential waiting to be tapped. As a temporary International Recruiter, you’ll take the lead in exploring these opportunities. Your mission? To reach out to prospects, connect with them over calls, emails, or even in person, and show them how YoungCapital can make a difference. You’ll listen to their needs, discuss what we can offer, and seal the deal. Once that’s done, the hunt begins to find the perfect match!

You’ll kick off by posting job vacancies that attract a flood of applications. Then, you’ll roll up your sleeves, screen candidates, and match them to your clients. Since our team is made up of diverse colleagues from all over Europe, we communicate in the languages of our candidates and clients. Therefore, fluency in English is essential, and we prefer new colleagues who also speak an additional language, such as French and/or German (C2 level).

But Wait, There’s More …

Once you’ve made the match, it doesn't stop. Your candidate might need to relocate to the Netherlands, and you’ll be their guide through the process. Once they’ve settled in, you’ll keep checking in to make sure they’re thriving and answer any HR-related questions. The same goes for your clients — you’ll stay in touch to ensure everything is running smoothly and even discover new business opportunities along the way.

Your Work Hours:

This role is all about balance! As a temporary International Recruiter, you’ll work between 32 and 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, during standard office hours at our vibrant Amsterdam-Zuidoost office.
