Your Tasks:
At the start, you will receive comprehensive onboarding that perfectly prepares you for your new responsibilities. Your tasks will include:

Handling customer inquiries in German via phone and email

Performing various administrative tasks
Once your training is complete, you'll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work model!
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be fluent in German and genuinely interested in the banking sector. Bringing precision and dedication to your work will set you apart and empower you to excel in this exciting opportunity as a German-speaking customer service agent.
