What are you going to do:
As a Management Assistant at APG, you won't just be joining a company; you'll be embracing a culture of excellence and innovation. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, both internally and externally, showcasing your exceptional communication skills and fostering positive relationships. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting the management team, ensuring seamless operations and facilitating the achievement of organizational goals. This is a temporary position for at least six months.
In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for complex calendar and time management, meticulous preparation, planning, and execution of meetings, events, and calls. Your keen attention to detail will shine as you monitor and follow up on action points and decisions, contributing to the overall efficiency of our dynamic work environment. Beyond traditional executive support tasks, you will delve into work processes, coordinating information flows and optimizing the daily business operations. Your role extends to being a trusted sparring partner for the management team, providing valuable insights and assistance in strategic decision-making. Handling post, emails, and e-archiving will be second nature to you, as will be welcoming guests and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Advanced proficiency in English and Dutch (both written and oral);
- Excellent computer skills, with a good working knowledge of relevant programs and systems;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
