We are looking for Business Development Manager for Rubrik, Cloudian and Huawei-to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Netherlands office in Houten.
As a Business Development Manager at Arrow you will be designated to these ones and other potential vendors responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units.
You are proactive and easy-going person with knowledge and experience in IT and you are passionate about new technologies.
Additionally you are confident in Marketing (events, workshops, plans) and business planning.
Responsibilities/tasks:
Drive the business (activities) onsite at the reseller, working with the different teams and management of the reseller with the support of our teams.
- Join sales, marketing and pre-sales meetings at the reseller onsite
- 1on1 sessions with senior management
- Communication with vendors (sales) management
- Setup and manage links and operations between Inside Sales & Inside Sales, offering support for quotes, access to portals, play books, etc
- Setup and manage links and knowledge sessions/meeting between Consultancy & Consultancy, sharing knowledge and visit customers
- Setup and manage Product Market Combinations related to the reseller portfolio, services and approach, vendor driven.
- Setup and manager recruitment and enablement campaigns using marketing vs marketing and the vendors programs/MDF
- Setup, join and manage sales activities using Arrow BDM vs Account Management of the reseller like, lunch and learn, 1on1 visits, call out days
- Evaluate the portfolio and approach of the reseller and help them to improve their pitch and results by using vendor sales books and other vendors tools.
- Setup an education a training program, custom made and in line with the commitment and goals.
- Typically requires 5+ years of experience within sales and/or business development in IT sector with a relevant degree.
- Knowledge about new technology products and solutions as well as understanding of Dutch market and global trends, opportunities.
- Strong communication and sales skills, comfortable with cold calling and acquisition of new clients.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
