We are now seeking a Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic team in Hoofddorp.

Purpose of the Role:

The intern will gain experience by assisting with various tasks, learning the intricacies of sales support in a fast-paced environment.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a supportive point of contact for sales teams in administrative, technical/IT, and financial matters.

  • Assist in managing customer billing, debtor overviews, and collection reports.

  • Handle general mailboxes, including sales, debtors, support, and candidate inquiries.

  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as posting vacancies, monitoring accounts, and tracking client targets.

Requirements:

  • Studying MBO/HBO administration oriented course.

  • Relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Competencies:

  • Strong communication and administrative skills.

  • Structured and organized working method.

  • Ability to work independently.
