What are you going to do:
Our client is a young and innovative internet savings bank. As a customer service agent, you are the figurehead of a bank that likes to offer its (new) customers the best service. You will work in the customer service department in Amsterdam, which is staffed daily from 08:00 to 18:00. In this department, you will be the contact person for German-speaking customers, who will contact you both by phone and by e-mail. Of course, you will also be trained by your colleagues so that you get up to speed quickly!
In addition to customer service tasks, you will also deal with all administrative processes, such as processing requests for account openings. Since you will be dealing with customer data, it is important that you work accurately and confidently. For this reason, we screen applicants before you start.

What we offer:

What we ask:
- At least finished mbo level 4
- You speak and write German fluently;
- You are available 32 to 40 hours a week.
