If you work and you are between the ages of 15 and the state pension, which in this case is 66 and four months old in The Netherlands, you are qualified to receive statutory minimum wage. If you are under 21, you are also eligible for statutory minimum wage, which will increase more and more the older you get until you turn 21. The Dutch government will adjust the minimum wage twice a year; on January first and on July first. If you find that you are receiving less than the statutory minimum wage, you can talk to your employer. If you and your employer do not come to an agreement, you can take your case to the Netherlands Labour Authority. The Dutch government recommends you to contact legal aid before doing so.
