Are you looking for a position where your French and English language skills make a difference? As a French-speaking customer service representative, you will work in a fun and also challenging environment where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will take center stage. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for both business and individual customers.

  • Responding to customer inquiries in French or English via phone, email, and chat.

  • Handling returns and orders by sharing invoices, providing order updates, and giving detailed information about products and services.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

As a customer service representative, you will be joining an IT company operating across Europe, with offices in Nijmegen and Scandinavia. You will be a part of a team of around 10 colleagues and you will also have the possibility to work remotely. 

Who are you?

  • You are fluent in French and English. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus but not required.

  • You have excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • You have previous experience in customer service or a similar field.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
  • You have experience with customer contact in your position and have good communication skills, both written and oral;
  • You are fluent in English, reasonable Dutch and if you speak French this is a bonus.
