Dit is wat je krijgt

As a production employee at Nedal Aluminium in Utrecht, you will earn a minimum gross starting salary of € 14,19 per hour. This is exclusief allowances and depends on your age and experience. You will work in a friendly team where there is a lot of consultation and cooperation. As a production employee, you will work full-time and have a chance of a permanent contract with Nedal. Wat ga je doen?

As a production employee at Nedal, you will get to work checking and updating key aluminium products. You arrive on time and have a cup of coffee or tea. You then discuss the handover with colleagues from the previous shift. Then you prepare your work well and divide the work together with your colleague. On a daily basis, you will be working on:

• Sawing, stretching and measuring aluminium profiles;
• Packaging and preparing them for shipping;
• Learning to operate and check the machines.

Everyone on the floor starts by learning basic skills. Later, you can progress to operator or press driver. At Nedal, they appreciate it when you do your best and are open to learning new things. This happens in a neat and safe working environment to which you contribute.
The position of production employee starts in a two-shift operation from 06:30 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:30. 
A little later you will join the three shifts from 07:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 23:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00.

Jouw kwaliteiten

• Willing to work a three-shift schedule;
• Experience in a technical role, having worked with tools;
• Be able to neatly deal with work instructions and tools.
