Job description
As a customer service officer at FrieslandCampina in Amersfoort, you will be managing orders and collaborating with (internal) stakeholders, Your ability to multitask and prioritize are essential in this fast-past workspace. In this position you will:
- Manage customer orders, ensure detailed order processing in the system;
- Ensure Clean Desk procedures in SAP related to orders, invoices and corrections;
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, help wit inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, shipping and availability of products;
- Work together with other (internal) teams i.e. sales, logistics, and planning, in order to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded;
- Communicate with customers to provide order updates, delivery schedules, and any necessary changes or delays;
- Contribute to end-to-end initiatives and identify improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, or process optimization and automation.

Who are we looking for?
You are looking to contribute to something bigger than yourself. You are available for at least six months, speak English fluently, and you have strong communicative skills in (one of) the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish. You live in the Amersfoort area. Furthermore, you work well in a team, and contribute to a positive work environment. You have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and have a passion to deliver exceptional service.

Wat wij bieden

  • A fulltime (36-hour workweek) job, for at least six months;
  • An hourly wage starting at €20,20, depending on experience, this amount can grow;
  • Travel expenses are covered with €0,23 per kilometer, or public transport costs covered;
  • A hybrid job, which allows you to work 50% at home;
  • Starting from January/February 2024!

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal een diploma mbo niveau 4; An MBO- or HBO-degree or equivalent in a relevant field of work;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills in English and / or one of the following languages French, Italian and Spanish, verbal and written;
  • Experience in a customer care or order management role, preferably in an international and fast-paced environment.
