What are you going to do:
As a kitchen assistant in Heemstede, you will be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to creating delicious meals. You will be responsible for preparations in the kitchen, which means washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients. With your accuracy and teamwork, you make sure everything runs like clockwork. You use different kitchen equipment, such as mixers, special knives and cutters, to achieve the best results.
Besides preparing dishes, you also keep an eye on the kitchen inventory. You check which items are needed and make sure fresh supplies are unloaded and organised in the warehouse on time. It's your job to check sell-by dates and make sure food stock is rotated appropriately. Cleaning is also part of the job; you keep kitchen equipment, ovens, plates and pans clean so that everything is always in top condition.
