Part-time customer service representative in Eindhoven

You will be working for a company in Eindhoven that operates a platform connecting travelers with local guides and residents for unique, personalized experiences during their trips. Instead of offering standard tours, they give travelers the opportunity to choose private tours, cooking classes, walks, and other activities led by local residents. They provide these services in all major cities across Europe.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and resolving issues for travelers or guides. This will be done via phone and email. Examples include changing or canceling a tour, handling situations where the customer or guide doesn’t show up, or helping customers and guides find each other.

Enjoy great working hours and a competitive salary! You will work on Saturdays and/or Sundays from 08:00 to 17:00 from home. Additionally, you can work one weekday as well. You will be fully remote and part of a team with three colleagues aged between 30 and 45 years.
