What are you going to do:

In this fully remote role, as a Full-Time Norwegian Operations Associate at Accenture you will help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. You’ll be at the forefront of optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility, managing revenue and cash flow from end-to-end, and streamlining billing processes. From customer inquiry, to invoicing, you’ll oversee it all.

What will you do?

As part of our collections team, you’ll handle queries related to disputes and coordinate with customers to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities, as a Full-Time Norwegian Operations Associate at  Accenture, will include applying unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and processing payments from receipt to finalization. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a seamless Order to Cash process.

What are we looking for?

We need someone with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as well as the ability to handle disputes efficiently. Proficiency in Norwegian at an expert level is essential.
